Lost Property

The Lost Property team aims to reunite our attendees with their lost items. We will be making use of a lost-and-found app to streamline the process. You’ll be sorting and tagging lost property, logging items in the system and checking claims from owners. At the end of the Festival, you’ll be required to sort any remaining items for storage at the Folk Festival Office.

Who

This team requires volunteers with a strong sense of organisation and good interpersonal skills. Experience using tablets, computers and databases is looked upon favourably.

When

The Lost Property team operates during and post Festival, 17th to 21st of April 10am-10pm and the 22nd of April 9am-1pm. Volunteers for this team are required to complete 20 hours of work.

How

All volunteers are required to complete online induction and training that will be available through Rosterfy prior to the festival dates. Face-to-face training requirements will be advised by your Team Coordinator once you are confirmed as part of a team.
