Valid for one day only • Companion ticket: for eligible companion card holders to bring a companion • Concession Card: for eligible concession card holders only. Seniors card not eligible The National Folk Festival accepts the following concession cards: • Services Australia HCC (Health Care Card) • Services Australia PCC (Pensioner Concession Card) • DVA Gold Card (Department of Veterans’ Affairs) • Student Cards (Full-time only) Please note day tickets will be available to purchase later in the year.

There are limited reserved camping sites available at an extra cost. General Camping is available for all that purchase a Season + Camping ticket. • If you are planning to camp in general camping (Acton Arena, or the Oval (no cars allowed on oval) or in any other areas, please buy a ‘Season+Camping’ ticket, which allows you to camp in a sites that are not reserved. Make sure you arrive with friends if you would like to camp with them as there is no reserving of spots. • Please note the Bicentennial and Cotter campgrounds are reserved camping only in 2026. • If you are planning to camp in the Bicentennial, Cotter or Stables campgrounds, please buy a ‘Season+Camping’ ticket for each person camping and then add a ‘reserved’ site. You can choose between the three campgrounds, powered, unpowered and tent-only sites, depending on availability in each of these campgrounds. In the next step, you will then need to choose a numbered site from one of our campground's maps. If you would like to be near friends, please coordinate with them. • Power is available only to those who have purchased pre-paid powered sites. • Once you have paid for your tickets, you will be required to assign each ticket to its intended recipient. You may be required to present photo ID or a concession card to verify your identity at the gates. Should you need to transfer a ticket into the name of another person, you can do this via the Humanitix platform.

• Children of all ages are welcome at the National Folk Festival. All children over 12 months of age are required to wear a wristband. A contact phone number must be registered against each wristband issued to a child/youth at the time of purchase. This is a security measure that enables Festival security and staff to access securely held contact information to reach a responsible adult on the Festival site in the unlikely event that a child becomes separated from their parent, guardian or responsible adult. • Children under 5 are free. • Children between the ages of 5 and 11 have a reduced ticket cost. • Youth (12 – 17) are eligible for ‘youth tickets’. • All children under 18 are required to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Companion Card holders • The National Folk Festival is a Registered Business Affiliate of the Companion Card Program. We are pleased to be able to issue Companion Card holders with a ticket for their attendant carer at no charge. We accept Companion Cards issued in any Australian State or Territory. Companion Card holders are required to purchase their tickets online or at the Festival Box Office. • If you would like to buy your ticket online, please choose ‘Companion Card Ticket’ on the ticketing website and then you can redeem your ticket at the festival Box Office. You will be required to present your Companion Card when you redeem your ticket. • To find out more about the Companion Card program please visit the Department of Social Services Website.

Each Camp site will receive 1 Camping Car Pass. Additional Camping car passes are available to purchase. • Camping zone car passes are only available to Season + Camping Ticket holders. • Each Campsite can accommodate one tent/van and one vehicle. • An extra camping zone car pass is required if you would like to bring any additional vehicles into the campground areas. These are available online or at the gate. • Camping zone car passes are only available to Season + Camping Ticket holders.

Yes, a limited amount of day tickets will be available from late 2025.

Yes! • If you’d rather purchase tickets on the day of the Festival, you can! Feel free to arrive at the gates and purchase one. • Booking fees will still apply at the gate, and the gate price will be higher than the prepaid ticket prices. • We do not accept cash payments for National Folk Festival tickets. • Please keep in mind that tickets may sell out!

Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. At the entrance of the festival, we will scan your QR code before issuing you with a wristband. The wristbands grant you entry and exit from the festival and must be worn at all times while on site.

1. Flemington Road Ticket Office, Gate 2 - Open to members of the public arriving by bus, tram or being dropped off in private vehicles or taxis. Disability and VIP Parking only at this Gate. 2. Old Well Station Road Ticket Office, Gate 7 - At the northern end of EPIC, Gate 7. Most Season and Day Ticket holders will use this Gate. Season + Camping ticket holders must use this entrance for initial entry.

You may be required to present photo ID or a concession card to verify your identity at the gates. Name changes on tickets can be processed by clicking the Edit Order button in the order confirmation email you received with your purchase. Using the form, you can update your order details such as names. To save the changes, click Save at the bottom. Once you have purchased your ticket online, you will receive a confirmation email with your PDF ticket. At the entrance of the festival, you will show the PDF and ID to receive your wristband. The wristbands grants you entry and exit from the festival.

If you can’t find your ticket simply go to https://events.humanitix.com/national-folk-festival-2026/contact (https://events.humanitix.com/national-folk-festival-2026/contact), select 'can't find my ticket/invoice' and fill out the form. We'll automatically reissue the tickets to your email address if we can find your order. Then bring a print out or your electronic copy with you to the box office.

Our venues have limited seating capacity. Tickets are for general admission to the festival, but do not guarantee a seat in a particular concert at a particular time if that venue is deemed full by Festival organisers. Patrons are advised to get to their chosen venue early. If no seat is available in a particular venue, other venues/concerts will be available.

• All tickets are non-refundable. You can purchase ticket insurance when you pay for your tickets during check-out. • If you purchased a ticket for the festival prior to registering to be a volunteer, you will be eligible for a refund (excluding booking fee) after performing the required hours. • If you purchased a ticket for the festival prior to being engaged as a performer at the festival, you will be refunded your ticket price, but not the booking fee.

TICKETS & WRISTBANDS • A pre-purchased wristband is issued in the name of a specific person. To enter and remain on the Festival site, every person must be in possession of a valid wristband. A pre-purchased wristband may be transferred into the name of another person via the ticketing platform. • Wristbands will NOT be mailed out to the purchaser. You will receive a PDF with a QR code upon purchase of your ticket. Tickets will only be available for collection from the Festival Box Offices at EPIC. Your QR Code is required for collection. • Lost, damaged or tampered wristbands will not be replaced by the Festival. Once a valid wristband is issued, a person is able to go in and out of the Festival site for the duration of the period covered by the wristband. • The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who is unable to produce a valid wristband or seeks to gain entry to the Festival with a duplicate of a ticket/wristband that has already been presented at a Festival Ticket Office, or produces a wristband purchased or obtained from an unauthorised source or through illegal means, or is in possession of and refused to surrender any prohibited or illegal object. • If a person is found on the Festival site without a valid wristband, the person will be evicted from the Festival. The Festival reserves the right to have any such person charged with trespassing YOUTH (UNDER 18) & CHILDREN • It is the responsibility of a parent/guardian/responsible adult to ensure that any ticket holder under the age of 18 for which they are responsible complies with these Terms and Conditions and remains in their care and control while at the Festival. • Every patron aged 17 years old and under must be accompanied by a ticketed parent/guardian/responsible adult when presenting at the Festival entry gates or they will be refused entry. • This wristband requires the presentation of a valid Proof of Age Card or photo ID. All persons under the age of 18 camping on site must have a ticketed parent/guardian/responsible adult on site as a member of their camping group. • A parent/guardian/responsible adult of any ticket holder aged under 18 must be contactable via phone at all times during the Festival. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by a ticket holder aged under 18 years of age may result in the eviction of the accompanying parent/guardian/responsible adult and all accompanying minors from the Festival site. FESTIVAL PATRON CONDUCT • The National Folk Festival is a liquor licensed event. The Festival supports responsible consumption of liquor by adult ticket holders and seeks to minimise the harm associated with the consumption of liquor. A person must be aged 18 years or older to purchase and/or consume alcohol on the Festival site. Any person seeking to purchase and/or consume alcohol must be able to produce Proof of Age in the form of valid photo ID and if valid photo ID cannot be produced service will be refused. Any person found to be supplying alcohol to persons under the age of 18 will have their wristband removed, be evicted from the site and criminal charges may apply. Any person aged under 18 found to be consuming liquor on the Festival site may have their wristband removed, be evicted from site and criminal charges may apply. • BYO alcohol is not permitted within the Festival Entertainment Zone. Alcohol purchased at a Festival bar is limited to the Festival Entertainment Zone. The Festival may refuse to sell alcohol to any person: • behaving in an abusive manner toward Festival security, staff or volunteers, • or where it is assessed that the behaviour of the person may cause harm to any person or damage to property. • Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas. • At the Festival every person must: • comply with the law, • follow instructions on any permanent and temporary signage in the Festival site, • not engage in loud or intimidating behaviour while on the Festival site including camping areas, • and follow any reasonable direction from Festival security, staff and volunteers. • The Festival has the right to evict a person who acts in a manner that is • illegal, • threatens the safety of any person, • interferes with others’ enjoyment of the Festival, • considered by Festival Management to be inappropriate or offensive. • To minimise the risk of injury at the Festival: • no glass is permitted to be brought into the Festival Entertainment Zone, • footwear must be worn at all times, • bicycles, skateboards or similar equipment must not be used within the Festival Entertainment Zone unless authorised by Festival Management. • Subject to it being used in a safe manner that is respectful of other patrons, use of such equipment is permitted in the camping areas except along major access roads, particularly: the route used by the Festival Shuttle Bus service, and any road adjoining Artist camping and disability parking or camping areas. • The Festival takes no responsibility for personal belongings lost, damaged or stolen within the Festival site or car parks. REFUNDS • All tickets are non-refundable. • The Festival will take place regardless of the weather. • While every effort is made to present the program as advertised, the Festival reserves the right to vary the advertised artists and/or program without notice. No refunds will be given due to a change in programming. • Every performance venue has capacity restrictions and aisle requirements to meet safety regulations. Purchase of a ticket does not guarantee admission to any particular venue at any particular time. BAG SEARCH • Bags will be searched upon entering the Festival Site/Festival Entertainment Zone. PHOTOS/ VIDEO RECORDING • Sound and video recordings are not permitted without the prior written permission of the Festival Director. Photography and video recordings are permitted for private purposes. • Photography and video recordings for sale or publication must have the prior written consent of the Festival Director. • Festival attendees may be photographed and/or filmed at the Festival and these images may be used for a variety of printed, online and broadcast promotional and/or internal purposes in relation to the Festival. If a Festival attendee does not wish to be filmed or photographed for these purposes, they must inform the photographer/camera operator. CAMPING • Any person intending to camp at the National Folk Festival must have a Season + Camping ticket. • Camping is only permitted in designated camping areas. Camping is not permitted in Festival car parks. • The campgrounds are open from 9:00am Monday pre-Festival to 12:00pm (Midday) Tuesday post-Festival. Camping is not permitted before this time and early arrivals will not be admitted to the campground. • Campsites are available on a first come, first served basis (with the exception of a limited number of pre-booked/reserved campsites). • Power is only available to pre-booked powered sites. To use power, you must have a tested and tagged power lead. The Festival reserves the right to remove dangerous or untagged power leads. • Campfires are not permitted under any circumstances. • The Festival reserves the right to remove tarpaulins/ropes that are reserving camping spaces or are considered by Festival Management to be a health and safety risk. • Tent pegs may only be a maximum of 250mm long. • In the event of bad weather, vehicles may become bogged on site. By choosing to bring their own vehicle onto the Festival site, patrons acknowledge this possibility and agree to resolve it at their own cost, should bogging occur. The Festival accepts no responsibility for bogged vehicles. ANIMALS • No animals are allowed on the Festival site (including the campground) except for: • guide dogs, • hearing dogs, • or registered assistance • and companion animals. • All guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance and companion animals must be registered with the Festival prior to arriving on the Festival site. • All registered animals must be on a lead and with their owner at all times while on the Festival site including in parking and camping areas. • The Festival takes no responsibility for the acts of guide dogs, hearing dogs or assistance and companion animals. • Persons with guide dogs, hearing dogs or assistance and companion animals may be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by their animal while on the Festival site. • For the safety and wellbeing of an animal, no animal should be left in a parked vehicle while the person responsible for that animal attends the Festival.
