Almas Latinas Choir

The Almas Latinas Choir is a vibrant ensemble of Latin American women including one precious man who sing and dance with passion.
They began their journey on August 17, 2020, and since then, they have joyfully shared their music and stories with the Canberra community.
The AL choir have had the pleasure of performing at the Canberra Senior Centre on four special occasions, private Birthday parties, and
the Latin Fiesta in the City in 2022.
Their performances are vibrant, filled with rhythm and exiting melodies from all over Latin America.
Three members of the group play various instruments, including two ukuleles, a charango, guitar, cajon and various percussions.
The result is a show full of fun and energy, inspiring the audience to join in singing along to popular choruses and clapping to the rhythms.
Its a brilliant celebration of Latin American music & Culture.
